Larry W. McGowen, CPA
Principal, VP & Secretary
Larry specializes in providing estate tax planning, estate and trust administration, and elder care services to individuals and their family members. Throughout his 39-year career he also has specialized in providing audit, tax, accounting, and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations of all types, including those that require A-133 compliance audit services. In addition, Larry provides consulting, tax and planning services to individuals and businesses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA Tax Division, and serves on the Estate Planning Committee of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Larry manages the firm’s St. Charles County office, located in O’Fallon, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
