Jim has over 32 years of certified public accounting firm experience. His extensive experience includes federal and state taxation consulting and business advisory services for corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, exempt organizations as well as for individuals, family-owned and closely held businesses. He also has a great depth of experience in insurance, annuities, qualified employee plans, deferred compensation plans, business transition and estate and gift tax planning and compliance. Jim is a past member of the Board of Directors of DFK International-USA, is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and was the Managing Principal of the firm for 12 years. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst College.
