Business Valuation Manager
Michelle has been actively engaged in the valuation and consulting profession since 1988. She specializes in the valuation of capital stock, derivative securities and intangible assets of both public and closely held companies in a variety of industries. Her valuations are done for multiple purposes including: financial and tax reporting purposes; transaction planning; litigation support and dispute resolution; strategic planning; fiduciary advice and financial consulting. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University, she completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
