History

Founded on the ideals of personal integrity and dedication to our clients, Huber, Ring, Helm & Co., P.C. (HRH) first opened its doors in 1965. A full-service certified public accounting firm with offices in St. Louis and O'Fallon, Missouri, HRH consistently ranks in the top tier of St. Louis CPA firms due to its continued commitment to these ideals.

Established as Huber, Ring & Co. in 1965 as a partnership, HRH has since combined the experience and history of four accounting firms through company mergers. In 1969, we incorporated as a professional corporation, only the second certified public accounting firm in the state of Missouri to do so. Wieck, Pauling & Sandfort, P.C. merged with Huber, Ring & Co., P.C. in 1987. With the merger of Helm & Co., P.C. in 1989, the firm became Huber, Ring, Helm & Co., P.C. French, McGowen & Co. merged with Huber, Ring, Helm & Co., P.C. in 1998.
