Where am I?
Firm Culture
When you spend the bulk of your waking hours in your working environment, it is important for you to find a good fit with your firm’s culture. HRH provides an “open” firm culture. There is direct access to principals and clients, training for all levels of staff, input from all levels of staff for new services for existing clients, marketing training and opportunities, team building and fun.
Balancing Work/Life

We understand that in today’s marketplace, professionals want a healthier work/life balance than in past generations. Our 36-hour work week/Freedom Fridays policy from June through November shows just how committed we are to achieving this balance. Our staff members work hard Monday through Thursday, and earn the time to spend with their family, friends and outside interests each three-day weekend. We also allow individuals to work flexible or part-time hours, if that better suits their needs.
Growth
We’re also committed to staff development. Not only do we offer individual and group training to help staff hone their skills, we also provide an individualized mentoring program. And there is a career development plan for all professional staff.
Staff reviews are given twice a year, allowing for raises each January and bonus potential each July. In addition, you never wonder how you’re doing. Constructive feedback shows you where you’re excelling, and where you should head with your professional development and training.
Plus, our staff is rewarded financially for bringing in new business and for referring key new staff.
We’re all in it together...
From junior staff and up to the Board, our staff is committed to working as a team. Professionals throughout the firm, including the firm principals, are accessible to other staff members – there are no gatekeepers here.
If you have a question or concern, you’ll find the door open to find the answer or work toward a solution.
And sometimes we even play together...
From the HRH-sponsored volleyball league, to staff members who play golf together, to firm-sponsored parties, to afternoons at the Cardinals baseball game, our staff finds ways to build internal relationships. We find that when those who work together find some time to relax together as well, the firm as a whole is strengthened.
