When we hire, we train and promote from within. We provide all the training you need to work in our highly technical paperless environment.

For new graduates and young professionals, our internal training process begins with a rotation for approximately two years in accounting services. It’s our belief that accounting services prepares new professionals with the best foundation for any future accounting work.

Your work in accounting services includes general bookkeeping duties for various clients from start to generation of financial statements. You’ll gain knowledge of payroll and sales tax reporting and be exposed to a variety of accounting software programs.

From accounting services, you will have the opportunity to move to tax or assurance (audit/review/compilation) services. With your experience in accounting services, you’ll be well prepared to take on the tasks in either area and learn a new area of accounting.

Young Professional (1-3 years of experience)

We’d like you to have at least one year of recent public accounting experience. And, depending upon your experience, you may start in accounting services or you may be able to join our tax or audit staff.

And although you do not need to have the CPA designation, you must be working toward eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.

At this stage in your career, we will help you grow professionally by developing your technical skills, exposing you to the client and HRH team relationships, assisting you with developing time management and other professional skills, and making sure you are thoroughly prepared to move forward to the next level.
