At HRH, we don’t believe in playing games with compensation.
Several times during each year, our firm conducts competitive surveys to determine the going compensation in the industry. Based on that research, we pay our professionals what they deserve.
That means you don’t have to leave to make more money. You’ll earn what you would elsewhere here. We work hard to retain our staff, who we believe are the best in the industry. And they are already “tried, true and taught.” We want to attract and retain the best professionals, and we’re not afraid to pay for them.
Unlike many firms, we conduct reviews twice a year – in June and in December. This allows us to award annual raises in January and bonuses each July.
