HRH has implemented a "Fridays Off" earned time off policy from June 1 - November 30. Our new policy allows staff members to take care of those other pressing details of life on Fridays when they work nine hour days Monday through Thursday.
Because client service always remains our priority, individuals who work on Friday to accommodate client needs can take advantage of “Rollover Mondays.” And if Friday isn't the best day for you to take off, provisions can be made for you to use a different day of the week as your “off” day.

We promote from within. And that can start at the internship level. We frequently hire interns after they have worked with us for a tax season.
